As part of the menopause team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, I hold the British Menopause Society’s Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care and have passed the Membership examination of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. I also hold a Diploma in Genitourinary Medicine and the Diploma of the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. I bring that experience to every appointment, with the time and care to help you feel properly heard.

Dr Oruganti – Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist
Dr Oruganti is a highly experienced Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist with over 20 years of NHS experience across inpatient, crisis resolution and home treatment, and community mental health services.
He specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, psychotic illnesses, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). He also has particular expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD and autism, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnostic formulations and personalised treatment plans.

Dr Oruganti has undertaken specialist ADHD training with the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN). He has also completed specialist autism assessment training in ADOS and ADI-R, supporting comprehensive and evidence-based autism assessments.
Dr Oruganti is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (FRCPsych) and has held senior leadership roles within the College, including Chair of the General Adult Faculty in Wales and Regional Adviser for Wales. He is also a Lead Second Opinion Appointed Doctor (SOAD) and a medical member of the Mental Health Review Tribunals in Wales.
With extensive clinical experience and additional training in ADHD, autism assessment, CBT, management and expert witness work, Dr Oruganti combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. He values listening to each individual’s perspective and provides clear, thorough assessments and treatment recommendations tailored to their needs.
