As a British Menopause Society specialist, I provide comprehensive, compassionate guidance to help you navigate menopause and wider women’s health concerns with confidence.
I bring extensive experience and specialist training to every appointment, taking time to understand your unique concerns. Together, we’ll craft a tailored treatment plan — hormonal, non-hormonal, or both — built on open communication and trust. I offer face-to-face appointments at my Cyncoed consulting rooms and ClearMed Clinic, plus virtual sessions UK-wide, and I also support women with PMDD, contraception, and sexual health concerns.
We are proud to offer a unique Joint Menopause & Mental Health Assessment, bringing together specialist menopause care and Consultant Psychiatrist expertise in one coordinated pathway.
One of the first services of its kind in Wales, our approach is designed for women whose hormonal and mental health symptoms overlap. You will be assessed by both specialists, who then discuss your case together to provide a clear diagnostic formulation and personalised management plan.
