Welcome to Cardiff Menopause Clinic. With over 25 years of experience in women’s health, my mission is to empower women of all ages to access the care and support they deserve. As a British Menopause Society specialist, I am committed to providing comprehensive advice and guidance to help you navigate the nuances of menopause and the wider women’s health concerns I treat, so that you can have a positive experience.
I recognise that navigating menopause can be a challenging and emotionally complex time. I bring compassion, extensive experience, and specialist training to every appointment so that I can address the unique concerns you may have. Together, we will craft a tailored treatment plan that may involve hormonal or non-hormonal approaches, or a combination of both. My goal is to build a relationship with you based on open communication and trust, so that you feel supported throughout your journey.
For your convenience, I offer face-to-face appointments at my Cyncoed consulting rooms and at Clearmed Clinic, and virtual sessions for women in Cardiff or anywhere in the UK. In addition to menopause care, I also support women with PMDD, contraception, and sexual health concerns.
